We use best quality PV panels for all our solution, the origin of these panels are China, Canada, Korea, Pakistan. All panels are IEC 61215, & IEC 61730 certified.
Laminating the PV cells:
We provide turn key solution for setting up production facilities at very competitive cost, from purchase of equipment to installation, commissioning, training and till final production set up.
The new photovoltaic modules are composed of 36, 72 high efficiency monocrystalline/ poly crystalline solar cells 125x125mm or 156x156mm produced with the most innovative technologies of isotropic texturization and antireflecting coating.
To manufactures top quality modules by using only guaranteed and certified materials.
These modules are in fact made of solar cells encapsulated between sheets of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), highly transparent, anti shock, tempered glass which protects the module against mechanical and climatic effects, such as hail, ice etc.
The particular texturization of the glass enables a maximum concentration and diffusion of the light on the solar cells.
This enables us to guarantee very good module performances, power and working conditions even if in lower sunlight levels worldwide.
The white tedlar back sheet contributes to a further protection of the module and the electrical contacts against the action of climatic agents like humidity.
Furthermore the strong anodized aluminum frame with corners and predrilled mounting holes makes the module extremely easy to install.
The modules are equipped with a special waterproof junction box Tyco with protection degree IP55, with two connector plugs and two by-pass diodes which protect the module against hot spot effects.
Power module Warranty 80% 25 years
The battery store electrical power generated by PV panels during the day time and used when ever required. We use Deep cycle maintenance free AGM, GEL, batteries in our solutions. The life cycle is up to 10 years.
Deep Cycle Maintenance free Batteries:
General Features
Higher Reliability and Quality
Throughout the whole manufacturing process, PPM and ISO 9001 are carried out to make sure that the product reliability and defect ratio meet with the PPM standard.
Higher Power Density
A special assembly technology is used to enhance power density to a considerable level.
Reliable Construction
The extra strong construction ABS container reduces case bulging and plate warping, ensuring long life and high performance.
Valve regulating
Perfect venting system, which operates under low pressure, is designed to release excess gas and keep the internal pressure within the optimum range of safe and efficient performance.

The charge controller is important safety device, which control charge from PV panels to te system or to the battery and when charged up it cut off excessive power. We used best quality charge controller local & imported.
An inverter is an electrical device that converts direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC); the converted AC can be at any required voltage and frequency with the use of appropriate transformers, switching, and control circuits.
We basically use soild state imported inverters for our Solar solutions, with minum losses.
Newage Innovative Enterprise in its efforts to enhance the level of comfort for its clients also deals with Solar Home Power Solutions.
We have designed various Photovoltaic System for DC power stands alone for remote area usage with LED, LVD lights , fan, mobile phone charger etc.
We have also designed small AC systems from 100.200,300,500,700,1000,1500,2000,3000, 5000 watts etc.
We are fully capable of designing & customizing systems according to your requirements.

What is LVD?
LVD stands for (Low Voltage Differential). The lamp relies on the fundamental principles of electromagnetic induction and gas discharge to create light. The elimination of filaments and electrodes results in a lamp of unmatched life. Having a life span lasting up to 100,000 hours or 25 years.
Light is generated via a gas discharge through simple magnetism. Electromagnetic transformers, which consist of rings with metal coils, create an electromagnetic field around a glass tube which contains the gas. The Free electrons are accelerated and when they fall to a lower energy state they emit UV light which is converted into Visible Light using Phosphor coating.
The long life and low power consumption per lumen makes the LVD magnetic induction lamps the least expensive and greenest light source on the planet.
- The LVD light bulbs use 90% less power than conventional light bulbs and 50% less power than compact fluorescent bulbs.
- Average Life: 60,000 - 100,000 hours
- Operating Cost per hour $ .067
- Power factor up to 0.99
Environmental Safety: No Mercury No Lead, No lamp waste in 10 years
What is LED?
LED stands for light-emitting diode. That is, simply, a semiconductor device that converts electricity to light by using the movement of electrons. LEDs emit no ultra violet (UV) light, so they don't attract bugs. They don't generate heat, so they are cool to the touch. They don't generate radio frequency waves, so they don't interfere with radios or television broadcasts. They also are resistant to vibrations and shock LED Lights stand to offer us the following advantages when compared to the normally used Sodium Lights:
- Up to 60% less energy consumption
- Minimum life of 50,000 Hours (14 Years)
- Negligible Operational & Maintenance Expenditure
- 60% Less Greenhouse Emissions
- No Ultra-Violet Emissions
Electricity-powered street lighting is a very costly expenditure for many cities around the world. Using solar powered street lighting, on the other hand, is a more cost-effective and environment-friendly alternative. Solar street lighting is an economically viable option, for areas where the cost of street lighting is too high, and also where reducing running costs is a priority.
Solar street lights do not require excavation to put cables, as the power does not depend on the grid. Solar street lights contain a battery which is charged during the day, and automatically powers the street lights at night. A timer or a photocell controls the operation of the lights from dusk to dawn. Set up is quick, usually less than a day per solar light.
The solar panel needs to be properly aligned to gather maximum energy during the day. When installing solar powered street lights, the different components need to be considered according to the geographic area, such as: solar panels, lamps, batteries, charge controllers, etc.
A well-designed solar street light system provides adequate and low cost illumination for years, with minimum maintenance. LVD (Low Voltage Differential) lamps can work up to 100,000 hours. The use of solar street lights is a judicious choice for parking lots, parks, highways, roads, airports, residential area lighting, and many other sites.
Benefits and features of solar lights
- Immune to power outages
- No trenching, no wiring
- No maintenance
- Stand alone, not connected to grid
- Easy installation-quick connect plug
Some features of solar street lamps
- The integrated solar street lamp system includes solar panel, bulbs, charge controller, battery, battery box, wire harness, and mounting bracket
- The universal mounting bracket allows for the solar panel to be mounted either 45 degrees or 15 degrees. The unit optimizes the capture of the sun’s energy for a particular geographic location
